LaBudhi Healthy Eating - fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and nuts, as this is the most suitable food for a person and certain principles of the process itself. Being with us is an opportunity to get acquainted with such a balanced diet.

But it's important not only what we eat, but how. We understand that people have different eating habits, and after us at home they will eat, perhaps, other food - but if you follow our rules, then any food will have a minimum of harm and maximum benefit.
Principles of LaBudhi Healthy Eating
FOOD AT US - IT'S NOT EASY TO EAT. THIS IS A WHOLE PROCESS, WHERE ALL ATTENTION IS AIMED AT FEELING MYSELF AT THE MOMENT, FEELING THE TASTE OF EVERY PIECE AND THE ORGANISM REACTION TO IT.
EVERY TIME - THIS WILL BE A REAL MEDITATION.
FEEL WHAT AND HOW TO EAT.

ATTENTION ON THE NUTRITION PROCESS
Direct all your attention to eating, to the reaction of the body. Do not talk, do not look, do not read, and do not even think anything. All attention is paid to the sensations and effects of food on oneself.
RAW POWER SUPPLY
Exclude mixing of various products: vegetables-fruits, vegetables-meat, meat-fruits, starch-fruits, starch-vegetables, fruit-fruits, etc. Ideally, eat only raw vegetables and fruits.
